About Me

I am a Psychologist Resident working under the supervision of licensed psychologist Dr. Shaun Davis, License #3017. I graduated with my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from George Fox University, and completed my Pre-doctoral Internship at the College of William & Mary. I am currently supervised by Dr. Shaun Davis as I accrue residency hours to apply for licensure. I am passionate about helping people who are suffering feel seen, so they can find freedom from the experiences and stories that continue to haunt them.

My Approach

I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents ages 14 and older. I work primarily from a Psychodynamic Humanist model of therapy. This means that I believe you already have everything you need to be the person you want to be and to lead the life you want to live. I also recognize we as humans are vulnerable, and we face many stressful and challenging experiences. We are very good at adapting to these challenges, but at times the strategies we use to adapt create limiting or harmful patterns down the road. I see therapy as a space where you can explore both these painful experiences and the impact they continue to have. Through this, I believe it is possible to transform these experiences into sources of wisdom and healing that can help you live the life you want to live.
